lythronax is another new discovery to science and since has only been discovered recently in 2013, lythronax would've roamed southern Utah where it preyed on dinosaurs such as the diabloceratops and various hadrosaur species. In comparison to it larger cousin. T.rex, lythronax is only 26ft long and weighed over 500 pounds. The build of lythronax suggest that it was a fast moving predator that ambushed and chased down its prey. It's likely that lythronax would've been feathered with a light covering for means of insulation and to regulate it's body temperature. The skull of lythronax is interesting as well because both eyes face forward giving lythronax depth perception, this would've been a huge advantage when searching for prey and stalking. Lythronax lived on the Mesozoic land mass of laramidia where it thrived in the lush floodplains and the prey it had to offer. Lythronax had a powerful bite that could slice flesh and crush bone this allowed lythronax to have the capabilities to inflict serious injuries on to prey making it an efficient hunter. Overall lythronax is very similar in appearance to T. Rex but slightly smaller with a lighter build adjusted for chasing down its speedy prey.
